Being a volunteer firefighter can be one of the most rewarding adventures. You truly are giving back to YOUR community by helping YOUR neighbors when they need it the most. Being a firefighter is a thankless job, but it is one of the most highly respected and most exciting professions.
The Hopland Fire Protection District is continuously accepting applications for Volunteer Firefighters. There is no experience or certification required and you must be at least 18 years of age. Trainings are held at the fire station every Thursday at 6pm at no cost.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer firefighter, please fill out and return the Volunteer Firefighter Application which can be emailed, mailed or turned in at the fire station.
